RFCD‘s Vision is “An enlightened and strengthened health community advocating for equal utilization of resources in a sustainable approach without any form of discrimination”.


RFCD’s Mission is “To understand, strengthen, implement and challenge issues of human rights, sexual reproductive health rights, Health, social justice and equitably utilize the available resources in a sustainable way.”

ORGANISATIONAL OBJECTIVIES

  1. Help raise awareness measures on issues of Human Rights, Reproductive Health/Rights, HIV/AIDS, Peace, and Environment among the communities.
  2. Lobby for change in community attitudes and beliefs that perpetuate domestic violence.
  3. Initiate and conduct research, assessments and baseline surveys on issues of human rights, HIV/AIDS and reproductive health and disseminate the findings to the communities to help in designing appropriate measures for sustainable change.
  4. Empower grassroots communities to effect social change within their societies through capacity building initiatives.
  5. Build capacity of local communities to help sustain awareness issues pertinent to Human Rights, HIV/AIDS, Reproductive Health Rights and Malaria to be able to take self own managed actions.
  6. To network with other development actors in strengthening effective implementation of community oriented programmes.
